General

What is Navabi?

Navabi is legal infrastructure for growing companies: a workspace for your questions, contracts, matters and deadlines. An AI agent does the groundwork, a lawyer signs off, and the price is fixed upfront.

Who is Navabi for?

For companies: from freelancers and small teams to scale-ups with investors. We do not work for consumers. For a private matter, you can go to Het Juridisch Loket, the Dutch legal aid desk.

What kind of firm is Navabi?

A legal advisory firm. We do not provide representation in legal proceedings where such representation is mandatory by law. If it is needed, we tell you honestly and, on request, help you find a suitable representative.

What can I have you do?

Ask questions, have contracts reviewed or drafted, terms and conditions, demand letters and debt collection, employment law, privacy and GDPR, the AI Act, NIS2 and DORA, and investment rounds. See Expertise.

How do I start?

Send your first document, that is free. Or tell us what is going on, and a lawyer will call you within one business day.

Which languages do you work in?

Dutch and English.

Pricing and contract

What does Navabi cost?

A fixed price per month, known upfront. Navabi Agent costs € 49 per month, Navabi Legal starts at € 199 (Tier 1) and € 799 (Tier 2), Navabi Fractional at € 2,500 and Fractional+ at € 5,000. All prices excluding VAT. See pricing.

Is the first review really free?

Yes. Your first review costs nothing and you are not tied to anything afterwards.

How long am I committed?

AI agent and Tier 1 can be cancelled monthly. Tier 2, Fractional and Fractional+ run for twelve months. After that you can cancel monthly.

How do I cancel?

Send an email to info@navabi.nl. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month.

What is a credit?

A credit is work a lawyer does or checks. Every item has a fixed price in credits, however long it takes us. What the agent does on its own costs no credits.

What if I need more credits than my plan includes?

Then you buy single credits at € 49 each (introductory price), or you move to a bigger plan. Litigation, transactions and due diligence fall outside the credits; for those you always get a fixed price first.

What if I do not use up my credits?

Unused credits roll over one month. If you do not use them that month either, they expire.

How do I pay?

AI agent and Tier 1 are paid monthly in advance. Tier 2, Fractional and Fractional+ are paid quarterly in advance, or monthly if you ask. The payment term is fourteen days.

How we work and AI

Does a lawyer check the work?

Yes, for everything you use a credit on. A lawyer does or checks that work before it goes to you. What the agent does on its own costs no credits; you assess that yourself.

How do I send a document?

Via first review on this site, by email or in the portal.

What do I get back after a review?

Redlines in the document, an explanation of each change in plain language and a proposal for your reply to the counterparty.

Can you also negotiate with the counterparty?

Yes. A redline of a commercial contract costs 3 credits, including our reply to one counterproposal. Every extra negotiation round costs 1 credit. We help you choose where to push and where to give way.
