Your agent makes the deals. We read them first.
Every company is getting agents that buy, hire, sell and collect. Navabi is the tool your agent calls before it signs. Within its mandate it gets an answer straight away; outside it, a lawyer signs off. Every call in the audit log.

A mandate is a rule with an amount attached. Within it your agent settles the matter and records what it did; outside it, it goes to a lawyer; some things are never allowed. Per team, per key.

Four steps. No human in between, until it counts.
Navabi is built to be called by machines: clear tools, structured answers, a status per call and a webhook as soon as a lawyer is done.
Discover
Your agent reads /llms.txt or the MCP server at mcp.navabi.nl and knows what the five tools do.
Connect with a mandate
You give your agent a key. A mandate is attached to the key: team, amount, what is never allowed.
Call
vraag_stellen, contract_lezen, contract_maken, termijn_vastleggen, zaak_openen. A structured answer within seconds.
A lawyer where it counts
Outside the mandate: status bij_jurist, and a webhook as soon as it is signed off. Your agent waits, a human decides.
Two agents. Two mandates. Two lawyers.
Your agent buys, their agent sells. Both within a mandate, both with a lawyer who signs off. The signature stays with humans; the audit log shows who committed to what.
Per call, just like for humans.
An agent pays what a human pays: questions to the Navabi agent cost nothing, work by a lawyer has a fixed price per item. Billed monthly to the account of the company behind the agent.
| Call | What your agent gets back | Price |
|---|---|---|
| vraag_stellen | Answer with sources and status | Free; with sign-off by a lawyer 1 credit |
| contract_lezen | Deviations, weight, proposal, redline | Fixed price per item, see the price list |
| contract_maken | Draft from template, after sign-off the document | 1 credit per contract |
| termijn_vastleggen | Deadline with reminders | Free |
| zaak_openen | File with status and owner | Free; external steps per item |
An agent is a client with a mandate.
Always on behalf of a company
An agent connects with a key from a company that has a Navabi account. Whoever runs the agent is responsible for what it asks; that is in the terms.
The mandate is the limit
Without a mandate, an agent can only ask questions and read. Anything that goes out or involves money requires a mandate or a lawyer.
The lawyer sees the agent
The audit log shows that an agent asked, which one, and within which mandate. A lawyer can pass a call back to a human.
Limits
Per key a maximum per hour and per day, so an agent stuck in a loop does not send a thousand demand letters.
Short answers.
Which agents work with it?
Anything that speaks MCP or HTTP: agents in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, agents you build yourself, and agents in platforms that build Navabi in through the API.
Can my agent create an account itself?
No. A human opens the account, sets the mandate and hands over the key. After that the agent works independently within that mandate.
What if my agent asks for something that is not allowed?
Then it gets a clear refusal with the reason, and the attempt is recorded in the audit log. Nothing goes out without a mandate or a lawyer.
Can my counterparty's agent also work with Navabi?
Yes, with its own account. Two agents that both use Navabi negotiate within two mandates; two lawyers sign off.
