Product

Legal work where it starts.

A new employee in your HR system, a closed deal in your CRM, an invoice that has been outstanding too long in your accounting. That is where legal work starts, and that is where your system calls Navabi. Routine work comes back as a document; anything that involves money or risk goes past a lawyer.

Available. You get documentation and keys after a call on /en/talk; the first partner integrations are in the changelog.

What you call

Five endpoints, one escalation rule.

Every call gets a status back. Whatever a lawyer needs to see comes back as "under review", and then as a webhook as soon as it is signed off.

For partners

Build a legal department into your product.

HR platforms, CRMs, accounting software and marketplaces: your customers get a working contract or a signed-off answer without leaving your product. You acquire, Navabi delivers, the lawyer signs off.

Embedded, not opened

Your user presses "create employee" or "deal closed". Your product calls Navabi and gets the document back. The user does not need to know who Navabi is.

  • Routine work back as a document within seconds
  • Escalation to a lawyer when something deviates
  • Your branding on the document, if you want

One integration, all your customers

Every customer of your platform gets the same connection. The company profile and the standard positions come from your data; the lawyer comes from us.

  • Fixed price per action, or per customer per month
  • Data processing agreement and EU data for you and your customers
  • A partner console with volumes and status
Ground rules

What always applies, through the API too.

A lawyer signs off

Anything that goes out or involves money has been seen by a lawyer. The API cannot skip that step.

No bar-admitted lawyers

Navabi is a legal advisory firm without bar-admitted lawyers. Proceedings where a bar-admitted lawyer is mandatory go to a partner firm.

Data in the EU

Stockholm and Frankfurt, encrypted per customer. A partner only sees the files of its own customers.

Audit log and limits

Every call logged. Limits per key, so a bug in your system does not send a thousand demand letters.

Questions

Short answers.

How do I get a key?

After a call. We want to know what you are building and for whom, because there is a lawyer behind every call.

What does a call cost?

A question to the agent costs nothing. Work by a lawyer has the same fixed price as in the workspace. Partners get a rate per action or per customer per month.

Can I get the documents in my own branding?

Yes, per partner. The content remains the lawyer's.

Does this also work with Zapier or Make?

Through webhooks and the endpoints, yes. A dedicated Zapier integration is on the list, after the first partners.

How do I become a partner?

Book a call. We discuss what you are building and for whom, and you get documentation and a test key.
