Tax is not a side issue. It is your structure.
Every euro that moves within your group is a tax position. Whether you have documented it or not. We map them, substantiate them and keep them up to date. A tax adviser signs off.
Customary salary
What we do, and what it costs.
A subscription for the ongoing tax work. A fixed price upfront for projects, however long they take us.
Navabi Tax
A tax adviser who knows your group, per month. For anyone with a holding company, a subsidiary across the border or an investor asking questions.
Included from Navabi Legal Tier 2 (€ 799 per month) and in Fractional. A tax control framework and a local file remain a fixed price upfront.
- Tax calendar, every deadline monitored for all your entities
- Quarterly report to the board, signed off by a tax adviser
- 2 tax credits per month for checks and questions
- An annual tax check-up of your structure
Transfer pricing
Every transaction within your group at arm's length and documented: management fees, licences, loans, recharged staff.
- Transfer pricing policy and intercompany agreements
- Local file where the law requires one
Tax control framework
Tax control as a system: who checks what, when, and where the evidence is. What the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst), an investor and a buyer want to see.
- Strategy, risk register and control measures
- Set up in four weeks, then maintained every quarter
Reporting and deadlines
Which entity must report what, to whom and when. Every deadline in your workspace, with a reminder and an owner.
- Cross-border VAT, customary salary, holding structure
- Reporting obligations such as DAC6 and DAC8
Your accountant files the return. We make sure what is behind it is right.
Who signs off?
A tax adviser from our network. The agent does the groundwork and monitors the deadlines. In 2027 we will expand this line.
Do you also file the return?
The calendar, the substantiation and the documents, yes. The return itself goes through your bookkeeper or accountant, with our documents attached.
Does this also apply to a small company?
Yes. Arm's length prices within your group apply to anyone with a subsidiary or parent company. A local file is only mandatory from € 50 million group revenue.
