A customer who does not pay. A letter that works.
A clear demand letter sent in time resolves most outstanding invoices. Navabi sees the invoice go overdue, prepares the letter and tracks the deadline. If the other party still does not pay, the matter moves on to a court bailiff (gerechtsdeurwaarder), with the file attached.

Short answers.
What if the customer does not respond?
Then we propose the next step: a notice of default, a payment plan, or handing the matter over to a court bailiff with the file attached. You do not have to call anyone yourself; Navabi remains your point of contact. If it has to go to court, we work with partner firms and you get a fixed price upfront.
What does the bailiff cost?
A court bailiff's costs are set by law and go directly to the bailiff. We only charge for the steps before that, in credits.
Does it also work for consumers?
Yes, but stricter rules on costs apply there. We take care of that.
