We welcome every report that makes Navabi safer. This is how it works.
- HowEmail info@navabi.nl with the subject Security. Describe what you found and how we can verify it.
- What we doWe confirm your report within one business day, keep you informed and fix it as quickly as possible.
- What we askGive us time to fix it before you make it public, and do not look further into data than is needed to demonstrate the problem.
- In good faithIf you report in good faith and follow the above, we will not report you to the police.
- Data breachIf a data breach affects your data, we will let you know without undue delay and, where required, notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
