A lawyer next to every HR adviser. Without hiring a lawyer.
Every hire, every change, every departure is legal work that now sits waiting or goes to an outside firm. With Navabi your HR system creates the contract, your own AI answers the question about the non-compete clause, and a lawyer signs off before anything goes to the employee.
Where HR gets legal work, and what Navabi does then.
Routine goes through the integration or your own AI and comes back as a document. Everything that touches money or risk goes past a lawyer.
A new hire
You add the employee in your HR system. Navabi drafts the employment contract from your template: probation period, IP, confidentiality, non-compete by role, pension. A lawyer signs off; the contract goes back into your system.
A change
Promotion, a different salary, from fixed-term to permanent, remote working arrangements. An addendum instead of a new contract, under today's law.
A question from a manager
"Can I refuse this request for parental leave?" You ask it in your own AI or in Slack and get an answer based on the law, the collective labour agreement (cao) and your own policy. A lawyer looks along on anything that could lead to a conflict.
Sickness absence and conflict
Continued pay during illness, reintegration, a damaged working relationship. Deadlines in your calendar, letters ready, and a lawyer who carries the file before it escalates.
Departure
Notice, settlement agreement (vaststellingsovereenkomst), statutory transition payment (transitievergoeding), confirming the non-compete clause. The agent calculates, the lawyer signs, you have the conversation.
The law changes
A new rule on remote working, leave or flexible work affects your templates. Navabi flags it, updates the template and tells you which running contracts to check.
Navabi sits in the tools you already use.
You do not have to open a new app. All integrations are on the integrations page.
Available. Turn it on in your account, or say on /en/talk that you want to connect; it will be ready within one business day. What is new is in the changelog.
You set the rules. The agent guards them.
Short answers.
Does Navabi replace our employment lawyer?
For the day-to-day work, yes: contracts, questions, deadlines, changes. For dismissal proceedings before the court or the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) we work with a partner firm, at a fixed price agreed upfront.
Does this work with our collective labour agreement?
Yes. The collective labour agreement is in your company profile and the agent tests every contract and every answer against it.
Can HR use this on its own, without management?
Yes. Who may ask what, and what a lawyer must see, you set per role.
What does it cost?
A plan from € 199 per month and a fixed price per item. An employment contract from your own template costs 1 credit; a settlement agreement 4. See the price list.
How do I start?
Book a call. In the onboarding we put your templates, your collective labour agreement and your rules into Navabi; then you connect your HR system and your own AI.
