Privacy statement
What we do with your data when you complete a form on navabi.nl: book a call, first review or log in. Short and without small print.
Who we are
Navabi B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 93376359. We are responsible for the data you send through this website. Send questions about privacy to info@navabi.nl.
What data
Only what you enter or upload yourself in a form on navabi.nl:
- your email address, and your name and company name if you enter them;
- your answers in the form (what it is about, how urgent it is, how big your company is) and your explanation;
- documents you upload;
- the type of browser you use to send the form, so we can trace errors.
What for
We use your data to assess your request, prepare your first review or introductory call and contact you. We do this at your request, before there is an agreement (article 6(1)(b) GDPR (AVG)).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
We work with two suppliers:

Everything goes through an encrypted connection. If you send a document via WhatsApp or email, the terms of that service also apply. If you book a call through the calendar, you go to the Calendly website (United States); Calendly processes your name, your email address and the chosen time under its own privacy statement.
How long
If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as we work together and after that for as long as the law requires, for example for the accounts. If you do not become a client, we delete your data and documents no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you want that sooner, email us.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, no advertising networks and no analytics tools. The game stores your best score only in your own browser. That data never reaches us. Read more about this on the Cookies page.
Your rights
You can always ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict the processing. You can also object or request your data to take it elsewhere. Email info@navabi.nl; we respond within one month.
If you do not agree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If we change this statement, the new version will be on this page, with the date at the top.
