Vacancy · Full-time
Full-stack lawyer
You are a lawyer, engineer, consultant and legal operations in one. With an unlimited token budget you do the work of a department, and we pay you for it: with a fixed salary and a share of the margin in your practice area.
What you do
A week at Navabi.
- You become the owner of a practice area, for example fund compliance or employment law: the quality, the turnaround time and the margin.
- You turn a lawyer's work into playbooks, evaluations and agents that complete it themselves, and you sign off what a lawyer has to sign off.
- You build yourself: prompts, workflows, integrations and code, where that is faster than explaining it to an engineer.
- You measure what counts: lawyer time per item, missed escalations and the time to signature. Every minute you build away shows up in your own share of the margin.
- You talk to customers and know within one conversation what they need, what it may cost and what the agent can take over.
- You lead the network of lawyers in your practice area: who signs off what, and how fast.
What you bring
- At least five years of legal experience at the level of a good firm or an in-house legal department.
- You have built something with AI that actually runs with users, not just used it.
- You can read and write code where needed: a script, an integration, an evaluation.
- You can convince a lawyer and correct an engineer.
- Experience in funds, fintech or crypto is a strong plus.
The first months
Where you stand after ninety days.
So you know upfront what we will look back on together.
Month 1
You know the playbooks, the evaluation set and the queue of your practice area, and you have reviewed the first fifty signed-off items.
Month 2
The first type of item that always went to a lawyer before is now completed by the agent itself, within the mandate.
Month 3
Lawyer time per item and time to signature in your practice area are on a dashboard, and both are going down.
