Vacancy · Full-time

Founding customer success manager

You make sure new customers see what Navabi does for them in their first thirty days, and that they stay.

What you do

A week at Navabi.

  • Half-hour onboarding calls: filling the data room, turning on integrations, setting up standard positions and mandates per team.
  • Answering questions by email, WhatsApp, Slack and the portal, within one business day. When it gets substantive, you bring in the agent or a lawyer.
  • Every week, going through the customers who go quiet: not logged in, no documents, credits unused. You call before they cancel.
  • Planning and preparing the annual check-up for customers on Legal and Fractional.
  • Keeping the help centre up to date and passing on to product every week what customers do not understand.
  • Spotting who structurally runs short of credits or asks for tax work, and picking that up with sales.
What you bring
  • At least two years of experience in customer success, onboarding or account management at a software company or a service provider for SMEs.
  • Clear Dutch, written and on the phone. Good English.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • You understand entrepreneurs: busy, practical, little patience for jargon.
  • A legal background is not required.
